Our Journey
We are Denise and Stuart MacPherson, and our journey into real estate investment was born out of necessity and fueled by ambition. After each experiencing the financial toll of divorce and the 2008 financial crisis, we knew we had to take control of our financial future. We dabbled in various ventures, from home-based businesses to multi-level marketing, but it wasn't until 2009 that we found our true calling—real estate investment.
Our Portfolio
Since 2010, we have transacted many properties, and our current portfolio, our portfolio is valued in the 8-figure range. We've invested in various locations, including Toronto, Orillia, and Barrie, but our current focus is on Ottawa. Our properties are primarily small multi-units, and we specialize in properties that allow for severance or zoning intensification.
